Delete your data

You can erase your account and everything on it at any time. Inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or fill in the request here and we’ll handle the rest.

From inside the app (fastest)

  1. 1Open Tammoum and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Settings.
  3. 3Tap “Account” → “Delete account”.
  4. 4Confirm. The account goes immediately; the rest within 30 days.

If you can’t get into your account, fill this in and we’ll verify who you are before deleting anything.

What should we erase?

What happens next

We reply within 3 working days and verify your identity.

The account, tasks and attachments are erased within 30 days.

Backups roll off within 90 days at the outside.

We keep limited accounting and security records where the law requires it.
