End User Licence Agreement

1The licence

Tammoum grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Tammoum application on devices you own or control, for your own use, in line with the app store rules that apply to the store you got it from.

This is a licence, not a sale. We keep all rights in the app that we do not expressly give you here.

2What the licence does not allow

• Copying, distributing, renting, leasing, lending, selling or sublicensing the app.
• Modifying it, or creating works derived from it.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling it, except to the extent the law expressly permits regardless of this restriction.
• Removing or obscuring any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.
• Using it to build a competing product.

3Updates

We may issue updates, and your device may install them automatically depending on your settings. Updates are covered by this agreement unless one arrives with its own terms, in which case those terms govern that update.

4Apple App Store terms

These terms apply if you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, and they override anything inconsistent elsewhere in this agreement for that copy.

• This agreement is between you and Tammoum only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price if there was one. Beyond that refund, Apple has no other warranty obligation in respect of the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability, any failure to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, or consumer protection claims. Those are Tammoum's responsibility.
• If a third party claims the app infringes their intellectual property, Tammoum, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

5Google Play terms

If you obtained the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app.

6Open source

The app includes open source components, each under its own licence. Where an open source licence conflicts with this agreement for that component, the open source licence governs it. A list of components and their licences is available on request.

7Term and termination

This licence runs until it ends. It ends automatically if you break it, and you can end it at any time by deleting the app from your devices. When it ends, you must stop using the app and remove it.

8Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this may not apply to you.

9Limitation of liability

The limitations in our Terms & Conditions apply to this agreement as well, and are incorporated into it.

10Export compliance

You may not use or export the app except as permitted by the laws of your country and of the country where you obtained it.

11Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
